Antero Manninen

Antero was born in 1973 in Tampere (Finland). He began to play cello at the age of 7 and played in a lot of orchestras. He joined Apocalyptica in 1993, when the band was created, but after the two firsts albums, he decided to leave the band and to join the « Helsinki Philarmonic Orchestra»… maybe because he didn’t like metal music !!!
